Features include 50 km/h* transmission with 4-stage Powershift gearbox, APS, SBA/ASM with hydraulic power shuttle for working at the right speed at all times and an electronic lift with radar for precision control of all implement movements. And then there is the air-conditioned cab, the pneumatic driver’s seat with built-in multifunction armrest console, the high-visibility roof and the front axle with hydropneumatic suspension: all designed for total comfort. Maximum power remains constant over a wide band of engine speeds. So when engine speed drops as a result of increased load, not only does torque increase, keeping traction constant, but specifi c fuel consumption drops too, dramatically improving economy. In ploughing and heavy trailer work, these characteristics convert into the improved tractive force and elasticity you need for maximum productivity.IRON tractors have a 4-speed rear PTO (540/540ECO and 1000/1000ECO) with a multidisc oil-immersed clutch with electro hydraulic modulation control. This means that the tractors can work with all kinds of implements with maximum efficiency and lower fuel consumption.
 
Any weight variations in the cab, even very slight ones, are read by a special sensor and compensated for by the emission of compressed air into special shock absorbers. In this way, the suspension travel is the same at all times and the springs are used to their full extent.
